In parallel with her corporate leadership, Ms. Dodd has served for over 20 years as an adjunct professor, teaching communications, public speaking, and professional development at various colleges and universities across the United States. Her academic work reflects a deep commitment to leadership development, executive presence, and empowering professionals to communicate with clarity and confidence.
Courtney earned her BS from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Managerial Communications from the School of Communications at Northwestern University.
